use
QCS-01 can be applied to the CO shift process in large ammonia plants and hydrogen production plants using heavy oil, residual oil, etc. as raw materials. The QCS-04 can be applied to the CO shift process in large ammonia plants and hydrogen production plants using coal as raw materials. These raw materials contain high sulfur, and the gas production process before the shift does not require desulfurization, so the sulfur content in the gas entering the shift system is high. The use of sulfur-resistant shift catalyst can shorten the process, simplify the operation and save steam without desulfurization in advance, but put the desulfurization process behind and remove CO2 at the same time.
QCS-01 and QCS-04 can replace similar foreign catalysts and can also be used in medium and small ammonia plants.
Other types of sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts are mainly suitable for medium and small ammonia plants. They can also be connected in series to further reduce CO to less than 1% after shift catalysts in the iron-chromium system.
NCBC-1 is used in variable string and low variable flow in small and medium-sized ammonia plants. It is RB-1 used in medium and small ammonia plants with high carbon cut feed gas, which has good low temperature activity and heat resistance. H2S content in feed gas> 0.1g/m3,CO content (20~32)%. LB302Q is used in pressurized and atmospheric pressure conversion processes. Generally, the variable system in series reduces the CO content at the outlet of the conversion system. CBS is used in the synthetic ammonia and petroleum industry.
NCNB catalyst must be vulcanized before use, with raw material CO content (3~9)% and steam/dry gas (volume ratio) 0.15~0.7.
DNB is used in synthetic ammonia using coal/oil as raw material (especially inferior coal and residual oil), and can also be used as a medium-variable, low-variable, full-low-variable and wide-temperature shift catalyst. H2S content in feed gas> 0.1g/m3, oxygen content <0.5%. B111 catalyst has strong toxicity resistance, allowing H2S<5g/m3 and oxygen content <0.5% in feed gas.
Used for CO shift in coal gas, FBK catalyst is suitable for the medium-string low-medium-low-low carbon monoxide shift process of small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants. The QCS-01 is suitable for using heavy oil, residual oil and coal as raw materials for wide temperature conversion (200~500 ℃) to produce ammonia synthesis gas. The QCS-04 is suitable for large medium pressure (5MPa) Lucci (or Texaco) furnace gasification to produce NH4 or gas. QCS-02G is suitable for low conversion ammonia. The QCS-02 is suitable for nitrogen production by string low or full low variation process in small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants. QCS-10 used in full low variation. SB-3 used in medium and low flow.
production method
The mixed grinding method mixes the aqueous solutions of cobalt nitrate, ammonium molybdate, alkali metal salts, etc. with alumina powder, adhesives, etc. through rolling and mixing evenly, and then granulation, drying, roasting, pressing molding, or rolling extrusion molding, drying and roasting to obtain the finished product.
Impregnation method This method is the most commonly used method in recent years. Pre-prepared or purchased pre-calcined carrier (spherical or strip), and then the carrier is dipped or co-immersed in cobalt nitrate, ammonium molybdate, potassium salt or other additives (Such as soluble compounds of magnesium and titanium) in aqueous solution, and then dried and roasted to obtain the finished product. Or the carrier powder is first impregnated with the solution, then extruded to form, then dried and roasted.
